Logging in should be the dullest part of any casino visit, and here it mostly is. Email, password, an optional second factor, and you are in. This guide covers the routine steps first, then the moments when things go sideways: forgotten passwords, locked accounts and time-outs that are doing exactly what they were set up to do. If a problem is not covered below, the troubleshooting page goes wider.
Before you log in: registration recap
You cannot log in to an account that does not exist yet, and UK rules mean an account is not fully usable until the casino knows who you are. Registration runs in three steps:
- Email and password. Choose a password you do not use anywhere else.
- Personal details. Full name, date of birth and phone number, exactly as they appear on your ID.
- Address and deposit limit. Your home address, plus a daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit if you want one from day one.
After that comes the age and identity check. It is usually automatic and finishes in minutes. If the system cannot match you, it will ask for photo ID and proof of address. Until the check is complete you cannot deposit or play, which is a UK Gambling Commission requirement rather than a house quirk. Our review explains the wider verification process.

Use your real details
Names and addresses that do not match your documents are the most common reason verification stalls. A nickname or an old address at signup will cost you time later, usually at the moment you try to withdraw.
Logging in on desktop
The desktop flow is short:
- Open the site in an up-to-date browser and check the address bar shows the padlock and the correct address.
- Click Log in in the top-right corner.
- Enter the email address you registered with and your password.
- If two-factor authentication is on, enter the six-digit code from your authenticator app or the SMS.
- Click Log in. Your balance and account menu appear in the header.
If the button does nothing, try a private window. Browser extensions that block scripts or cookies can stop the login form submitting, and a private window rules them out in seconds.
Logging in on mobile
There is no native app, so the mobile experience runs in the browser. That is less of a drawback than it sounds. The mobile site is quick and follows the same login steps as desktop.
- In the browser. Open Safari, Chrome or your preferred browser, tap the menu icon, then Log in.
- Add to home screen. On iOS, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, open the browser menu and choose Add to Home screen or Install app. The shortcut opens the site full screen, like an app.
- Biometrics. Save your password in iCloud Keychain or Google Password Manager. Next time, the browser offers Face ID or a fingerprint to fill the form. The casino never sees your fingerprint; the phone handles that part.

Setting up two-factor authentication
Two-factor authentication (2FA) is optional but worth the two minutes. With it on, a stolen password is not enough to get into your account.
- Log in and open My account, then Security.
- Choose Two-factor authentication and pick a method: an authenticator app or SMS.
- For an app, scan the QR code with Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator or similar. For SMS, confirm your mobile number.
- Enter the code shown to confirm the setup.
- Store any backup codes somewhere safe and offline.
Authenticator apps are the stronger choice because they do not depend on your phone number, which can be hijacked through SIM-swap fraud. SMS is still far better than nothing. All traffic is protected with TLS 1.3 encryption either way. The licences and certifications page covers the wider security set-up.
Forgotten password
It happens to everyone. On the login form, tap Forgot password and enter your registered email address. A reset link arrives within a minute or two and stays valid for 30 minutes.
- Open the link on the same device if you can.
- Choose a new password that you have not used on any other site.
- If the email does not arrive, check spam and promotions folders before requesting another.
- Requesting a second link cancels the first, so always use the newest email.
If you no longer have access to the email address on the account, a reset link will not help. Open live chat instead and be ready to verify your identity.
Account locked after 5 failed attempts
Five wrong passwords in a row lock the account for 30 minutes. This is a security measure, not a penalty, and it stops anyone guessing their way in.
You have two options. Wait 30 minutes and try again, ideally after resetting your password so you are not guessing. Or open the 24/7 live chat, where an agent can confirm your identity and help you back in. Hammering the login form during the lock does not speed anything up.

Locked out and you did not try?
If the account locks and you were not the one typing, someone may have your email address and is trying passwords. Reset the password, switch on 2FA, and tell live chat so they can review recent activity.
Staying secure
Most account takeovers start outside the casino, with a phishing email or a reused password. A few habits close most of the gaps:
- Check the URL before you type anything. Phishing sites copy logos and colours well; they rarely copy the exact address.
- Do not log in from links in unexpected emails or texts. Type the address or use your bookmark.
- Never share a 2FA code or reset link. Genuine support staff will never ask for one, in chat or anywhere else.
- Use a password manager to keep a unique password for every site.
- Log out on shared devices and avoid saving the password in a browser others use.
Login and responsible gambling
The login screen is also where several safer-gambling tools make themselves felt.
Reality checks start after you log in. If you have set session reminders, a pop-up tells you how long you have been playing and what you have won or lost, with options to carry on or log out.
Time-outs block login entirely. A time-out can run from 24 hours to six weeks, and while it is active the login form will refuse you. Support cannot lift it early.
Self-exclusion of six months or more, and GAMSTOP registration, work the same way across a longer horizon. If gambling has stopped being fun, BeGambleAware.org and the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133 offer free, confidential help.

What happens after login
Once you are in, the account menu gives you three things worth checking before you play:
- Cashier. Deposits from £10 by debit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Neteller, Revolut, Rapid Transfer, Paysafecard or bank transfer. Credit cards are not accepted and crypto is not permitted on UK accounts.
- Bonus opt-in. New players must opt in to the welcome offer at the cashier before their first deposit of £20 or more. Miss the tick box and the bonus does not apply. The promotions page explains the full mechanics.
- Limits. Deposit limits, loss limits and reality checks live under Responsible gambling. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately; raising one is subject to a cooling-off period.
